Uskudar University was founded in 2011, supervised by the NPISTANBUL Brain institution, which is a group specializing in health and psychological and behavioral sciences, aiming to establish all the foundational work necessary to produce knowledge, projects, and academic topics related to mental health, organizing partnerships, and train qualified individuals.

The campus:
The main campus of Uskudar University is located in the Altunizade district, one of the most important central neighborhoods in the Uskudar region, which is one of the best historical areas in Istanbul. The University of Uskudar also has an employment center, which aims to support the students of Uskudar University to start their careers correctly. Moreover, the center trains students using specialized training courses, as well as holding media meetings and development seminars.
