It was founded by the educational institution Bulut.
It became a public entity by the publishment of the foundational law n7167, dated 30.05.2019, in the official newspaper dated 12.06.2019 n30799. Even if you built the finest buildings and provided the best technologies, the institution continued to invest in human capital with the philosophy that “Nothing means anything” if you didn’t have strong human resources for training. Education in Galata is held in a 144-year-old building! In a historical setting, Patrocloss Michail Campanakis designed the 144-year-old historic house in the Ishane district of Istanbul, which served as a home for the Tubini family, who moved from Chios Island and were Galata Bankers.
Galata began its educational life in 2020 in this beautiful structure, which was converted by the chamber of industry into a business center in 1958.
