It’s a constitutional university with the status of a public legal entity.
It was founded by Adem Çelik – Beykent Education Foundation in 1997 with the belief that education is the only solution to unsolved problems in the growing and increasingly developing modern Turkey. Its founder Adem Çelik took initiatives in the field of education with the idea of “service to society” and established an impeccable educational chain from kindergarten to primary and secondary schools followed by Beykent University.
About the University:
The university started its educational journey at the Buyukcekmece Campus in the 1997-1998 academic year, offering education in four highly equipped campuses located in the central districts of Istanbul.
Growing and developing more and more every year with its students and fresh graduates over the past 22 years, it is a social and vibrant university that offers an education with an innovative perspective.
In the journey that it started with the aim of educating the people who will best represent the country and be the most in-demand professionals not only in Turkey but also all over the world, it continues to provide education of 21st-century standards and grow with its graduates.
It has 9 faculties, 4 schools, 1 postgraduate institute, and 10 research centers on 4 campuses with a strong academic staff, a large number of students, and a growing number of graduates.
